Delete your Vegiffy account.
You can delete your account yourself in the app, at any time. If you no longer have the app, email us and we will do it for you.
In the Vegiffy app
Your account is deleted at once.
- 1Open the Vegiffy app and sign in.
- 2Go to Account, then Settings.
- 3Tap Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email and mobile number
- Your saved addresses and saved kitchens
- Your Green Coins, which can no longer be used
What Vegiffy keeps
- Records of past orders and payments, for tax and accounts, as the law asks
In the Green Partner app
The owner of the kitchen asks, and the kitchen stops taking orders at once. The partner team settles any orders in progress and money still owed to you, then deletes the account.
- 1Sign in as the owner of the kitchen.
- 2In the app, go to More, then Delete account. On the Green Partner panel, go to Store, then Profile.
- 3Tap Delete account, tell us why if you like, and confirm. You can cancel until the account is deleted.
What is deleted
- Your team’s sign-ins, names and phone numbers
- Your bank account details
- Your documents, kitchen photos and reels
- Your menu and your kitchen’s page in the Vegiffy app
What Vegiffy keeps
- Your kitchen’s name, address, FSSAI licence and GST numbers
- Records of orders, payouts, commission and tax, as the law asks
No app? Email us
Write to info@vegiffy.com with the mobile number on your account, and say if you are a customer or a Green Partner. We may ask you to confirm it is your account first.

Can I undo a deletion?
A customer account is deleted at once and cannot be brought back. A Green Partner can cancel the request from the same screen until the partner team deletes the account.
What happens to my Green Coins?
They go with your account and can no longer be used. Green Coins have no cash value.
Why does Vegiffy keep my past orders?
Indian tax and accounting law asks Vegiffy and its Green Partners to keep the records of orders and payments. They are kept only for that, and are no longer linked to a profile you can sign in to.
I no longer have the app. What do I do?
Email info@vegiffy.com from the email on your account, or with the mobile number you signed in with. We may ask you to confirm it is your account before we delete it.
